Python Job: Full Stack Engineer (Java-Python-SQL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a cllient in Boston, MA that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Java/Python/SQL).

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a quantitative or computational field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics
* Progress towards CFA program certification is a significant plus
* 5+ years of hands-on experience working with investment management professionals preferably in building complex software solutions using analytical and quantitative concepts
* Proven significant exposure to either Equities, Fixed Income or Alternative Asset classes
* Ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders including fundamental and quantitative researchers, portfolio managers and technology partners
* Full-stack software development knowledge preferably with Angular, Java, SpringBoot
* Favor Agile development practices that prioritize the incremental delivery of working software and respond well to change in requirement scope
* Experience with AWS cloud environment development and deployment is a plus
* Kubernetes/EKS deployment and operations management exposure is a plus
* Understanding of Fixed Income instruments, security analytics, investment workflow and functioning of bond markets is a significant plus
* Skills and experience in Python, SQL, and Linux - big plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
